What is the minimum order for OEM?

It depends on the product and specification. As a guide, wine starts at 1,000 bottles and night-luminous cups at 300 pieces. Please contact us to discuss.

Yes - we provide samples together with a quotation and catalogue; a fee may apply.

Can you handle large or custom orders of night-luminous cups?

We work with a hand-carving workshop - Jiuquan night-luminous cup carving, a national intangible heritage - and can produce custom shapes, engravings and gift boxes.

Do you handle export customs clearance and documentation?

We arrange export-side clearance and shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and health certificate. Import-side regulations depend on the destination country, so please consult us.

What is the minimum quantity for cross-border e-commerce?

We can start from dropshipping a few sample units, up to small trial shipments of around 120 bottles. As volumes grow we can move to overseas warehousing or full import.

Which settlement currencies do you accept?

USD, JPY and CNY are all negotiable. Currency risk is stated in the quotation.

What sales target applies to an exclusive distributorship?

Depending on the territory and market size, we agree a first-year shipment target together with a promotional plan.
