In-stock items are prepared within 2–4 business days. Numbered limited editions and made-to-order art panels may take longer because each piece is numbered and its certificate of research is prepared individually; we will confirm the timeline when you order.
Any customs duty, import tax or clearance fee charged by the destination country is the recipient's responsibility. We declare shipments accurately and cannot mark an order as a gift or understate its value. If a parcel is held or returned because duties were not paid, the return shipping cost is deducted from any refund.
Night-luminous cups and art panels are packed in purpose-made cushioning inside a wooden box, and shipped with transport insurance. If a piece arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days — see Returns & Refunds.
