These terms govern your use of dunhuangmurals.com and any enquiry, reservation or partnership arrangement made through it. By using the site you accept them.
峪泉 YUQUAN is a winery and cultural brand based in Jiayuguan, Gansu Province, China. Contact: trade@dunhuangmurals.com.
We describe our products and their cultural background as accurately as we can. Please note:
Submitting a form is a request, not a binding order. A contract forms only when we confirm in writing. Reservation of complimentary theatre tickets is subject to availability and is allocated first-come; member priority applies.
Tickets to the Dunhuang Dance-Drama are issued free of charge by invitation. Host cities and dates are decided by reservation demand. Tickets are non-transferable, limited to one per person, and may be rescheduled or cancelled if a minimum audience is not reached.
Travel reception (guided visits and itineraries) is arranged with local partners. Where a third-party operator provides a service, their own terms also apply. We will tell you which operator is involved before you confirm.
Distribution, wholesale, OEM/ODM and IP licensing arrangements are governed by a separate written agreement. Minimum order quantities, Incoterms and payment terms stated on the site are indicative and are confirmed per agreement.
The AI-restored mural images, product designs, photographs and text on this site are our property or used with permission. Historical mural photographs remain subject to the licences of their source institutions. You may not reproduce our material commercially without written permission.
YUQUAN is an independent brand inspired by Dunhuang culture. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by the Dunhuang Academy, the Mogao Caves administration or any other official cultural institution. Mural and relic names are cited for descriptive purposes only.
