You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Tell us first at trade@dunhuangmurals.com — please do not send anything back before we confirm, as unauthorised returns may be refused at customs.
Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging with any certificate of research, numbering card or accessory included. Numbered limited editions must keep their original number certificate.

Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original outbound shipping is refunded only where the item was faulty or incorrect. Customs duties already paid to your government cannot be refunded by us.
Please photograph the parcel and the item before unpacking further, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping. Keep all packaging until the claim is settled — the carrier may require it.
If you would like a different piece, contact us and we will treat it as a return plus a new order, so stock is reserved correctly.
You can cancel free of charge any time before the parcel is dispatched. Once it has left us, the return process above applies.
Nothing here reduces rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country. Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of delivery; where that right is broader than this policy, it prevails.
